E-commerce, healthcare payments, fintech: industries where the details are the business. A checkout that doesn't make you hesitate. A medical bill you can finally understand. What I've learned is that craft and conversion aren't a tradeoff.
A designer who runs product
I design like a designer and run product like a PM. I prototype the experience in code with AI tools, then own the roadmap and the metrics that ship it. No translation loss between screen and strategy.
Strong opinions, tested.
I owned both design and the A/B program at a multi-brand DTC portfolio, so I learned to treat every strong opinion as a hypothesis. I form the bet, ship the test, and let conversion, revenue, and retention have the last word.
Outside of work.
You'll find me running, on a tennis court, and getting outdoors with my family. I also enjoy sports, reading, and trying to keep up with my favorite podcasts.
