Trust before autonomy, and how AI earns it
No one hands their revenue to a black box. Why accuracy thresholds and explainable decisions are the real adoption curve for AI in healthcare payments, and how to design the handoff from recommendation to autonomy.

The PM who designs, from roadmap to screen
The roadmap and the screen usually belong to different people, and something is always lost in the handoff. What changes when one person owns both, from sharper bets to faster ships, and where the model hits its limits.

Every strong opinion is a hypothesis
Owning both design and the A/B program taught me to treat conviction as a bet. Lessons from a multi-brand DTC portfolio where every redesign shipped as a test and conversion had the last word.
About
Big industries, real stakes.
E-commerce, healthcare payments, fintech: industries where the details are the business. A checkout that doesn't make you hesitate. A medical bill you can finally understand. What I've learned is craft and conversion aren't a tradeoff.
A PM who designs
I run product like a PM and build like a designer. I set the roadmap, define the metrics, then prototype the experience in code with AI tools. No translation loss between strategy and screen.
Strong opinions, tested.
I owned both design and the A/B program at a multi-brand DTC portfolio, so I learned to treat every strong opinion as a hypothesis. I form the bet, ship the test, and let conversion, revenue, and retention have the last word.
Outside of work.
You'll find me running, on a tennis court, and getting outdoors with my family. I also enjoy sports, reading, and trying to keep up with my favorite podcasts.
