E-commerce, healthcare payments, fintech: industries where the details are the business. A checkout that doesn't make you hesitate. A medical bill you can finally understand. What I've learned is craft and conversion aren't a tradeoff.
A PM who designs
I run product like a PM and build like a designer. I set the roadmap, define the metrics, then prototype the thing itself in code with AI tools. No translation loss between strategy and screen. The details that decide conversion, the empty states, the error messages, the sentence that keeps a customer moving, are owned by the person accountable for the number.
Outside of work.
You'll find me running, on a tennis court, and getting outdoors with my family. I also enjoy sports, reading, and trying to keep up with my favorite podcasts and newsletters.
